Do I need to know how much I want to spend before I get started?
No. On our self-serve plans, you pay only for completed work, so you can start with a single project. On Managed, your project manager will help you scope your needs and build a budget that makes sense. A general range is enough to get started.
Can I bring my own freelancers?
Yes, on every plan. If you have existing freelancer relationships you want to keep, you can bring them onto nDash and work with them alongside the talent we source, with payments handled for you. On Managed, we take on scoping and project management as well.
What types of freelancers can I access through nDash?
Writers, editors, designers, SEO strategists, web developers, and more. nDash started as a content platform and has expanded to cover virtually every discipline a modern marketing team needs to outsource.
How do I pay?
On our self-serve plans, you pay per approved project by credit card or prefunded balance, and Pro adds consolidated monthly invoicing. Managed engagements are billed monthly on Net 30 terms, payable by credit card or ACH.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
There are no contracts or commitments on our self-serve plans. Basic is free, and Pro is a $300 annual subscription. Managed engagements start at three months, which is typically enough time to get the team running and producing results.
What if my needs change over time?
That’s the norm, not the exception. You can start on Basic, move to Pro as your freelance work grows, and shift to Managed when you’d rather hand off the day-to-day. Your plan can scale up or down based on where your marketing priorities are at any given time.
